Joseph Zimmerman

Joseph Zimmerman joined Ultimate Care in 2020 as CFO and comes with significant experience in the Healthcare industry. Graduating Touro College with Honors, he began his career in a fast-paced aggressive start up where they primarily focused on skilled nursing facilities and assisted living centers. 

In addition to Joseph’s experience in the finance aspect of the healthcare industry he has practical, facility level experience as well.

During his time in the  growing start-up, it was crucial that Joseph visit the facilities on a regular basis  to implement software, put processes into place, and create hourly staffing systems. Joseph’s goal is to help position Ultimate Care as a role model for the  Health Care Industry. 

Joseph currently manages and oversees all financial aspects of Ultimate Care  and affiliated companies and is a key component in the successful and smooth onboarding and maintenance of the growing portfolio of companies to the Ultimate Care standard.

Joseph has directly contributed to Ultimate Care and our affiliates boasting a stellar collections rate well above industry average, averaging 99.7% across our entities in 2022.
