My name is Ersen Erparlak, RN and I am the Director of Patient Services at Ultimate Care NY. Hailing from NYC, I have honed my skills through a comprehensive education and diverse clinical rotations, working tirelessly in multiple hospital settings. Through these experiences, I have developed a deep understanding of the intricacies of healthcare and the art of compassionate nursing. As a Registered Nurse with an unwavering passion, dedicated to providing exceptional care with a heart full of empathy.

Cardiology is where my strengths truly shine. The intricacies of the heart captivate me, and I continuously strive to stay updated on the latest advancements and techniques in this ever-evolving field.

Being a Director of Patient Services enables me to drive superior homecare experiences and improve patient outcomes. I fearlessly lead teams to provide top-notch care for everyone who walks through our doors. Working at Ultimate Care alongside many professionals with wealth of expertise, it has unleashed my capabilities as I continuously strive for excellence in optimizing patient experiences.

By streamlining processes, facing dynamic changes in homecare, and implementing innovative solutions, my goal is to ensure that we are compliant with community and regulatory standards. As an outcome, every individual under our care receives top-notch care and unconditional support.

Besides wearing multiple hats as a director and RN, I’ve been playing soccer religiously as far back as I can remember. I often hear tranquility calling my name as my fingers yearn for melodic adventures on the piano for the past 27 years. I let loose on the ivory keys channeling emotions into enchanting compositions that resonate with the soul.  Amidst the organized chaos of my life, my most important roles are being a father to my children and a devoted husband to my incredible better half.
