Chester Spitzer

Since joining Ultimate Care in 2013, Chester has overseen the growth of the company from a small agency to a large, fast growing, dynamic agency servicing thousands of clients across multiple states.

Upon joining, Chester established a two-part plan; grow and diversify the agency’s business relationships among the New York City community and insurance providers and maintain the agency’s above-board status with regulatory requirements and patient outcomes and satisfaction.

As the head of operations and strategy, his initiatives helped develop Ultimate Care’s imprint on the community, and ultimately, expand the company’s reach across the New York City metro area.

While monitoring the success of his metropolitan expansion, his plan for growth continued through the years. Chester’s strategy became a piece of the canopy that now covers a multi-state umbrella,. As the plan continues, he is continually cultivating an environment that fosters both productive relationships with partners as well as well taken care of and satisfied patients.
